Hi, I’m Chris Campbell.
Chris is a highly decorated former serviceman, instructor, and coach with a proven track record of leadership in high-pressure operational environments. As the first Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Command Sergeant Major of the Afghan National Police, Chris used emotional intelligence and diplomacy to influence positive change—most notably supporting the integration of women into senior police roles, contributing to the UK's global gender equality goals.
After leaving the Army in 2022/23, Chris's legacy lives on through the many soldiers and officers he mentored. His career is defined by professionalism, selfless service, and a deep commitment to leadership and improvement—qualities that continue to shape his work beyond the military..
