Hi, I’m Chris

Chris is a highly decorated former serviceman, instructor, and coach with a proven track record of leadership in high-pressure operational environments. As the first Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Command Sergeant Major of the Afghan National Police, Chris used emotional intelligence and diplomacy to influence positive change—most notably supporting the integration of women into senior police roles, contributing to the UK's global gender equality goals.

  • Awarded Chartered Manager status in 2016 and awared Fellowship of CMI in 2022.

  • APMG - Change Management Foundation and Practitioner

  • Awarded the British Army Meritorious Service Medal (MSM - Kings Birthday Hons list - 2023)

  • Awarded the Royal Humane Society Commendation for Saving a life at sea.
